Dominic Thatcher has recruited for Jersey since 2000 when, at that time, he was the only recruitment consultant in the North West of England placing qualified solicitors and barristers in private practice in both Jersey and Guernsey.

On moving to Jersey in 2002 Dominic joined an established international recruitment consultancy and continued to build on his track record with law firms as well as recruiting for the finance sector at executive level.

On establishing ThatcherMacKenzie in 2008 Dominic has continued to focus on executive level placement solely in Jersey across trust, corporate services and funds sectors.  Aside from reactive placement in these sectors, Dominic also undertakes pro-active search and selection on a retained basis for a select number of funds, trust and corporate services businesses in the Island.
